One Ceramic Fiber rod is made by binding together 1000 ceramic fibers, each only several µm in diameter providing 1000 cutting edges providing excellent cutting ability. Continuous cutting edge provide a stable and continuous grinding performance.
Grinding power of XEBEC Brush is 20 times higher than a nylon brush and can achieve Surface roughness up to Ra= 0.1µm (Rz = 0.4µm) thus it is superior to other brushes in terms of grinding power and surface.There are four colours of bristles: blue, white, red and pink to suit variety of materials right from Plastic, Aluminium, Soft and Hardened Steels, Stainless Steel, Titanium etc.
